- I made the mistake of telling Ahmad how easy my workout was last night. and because of that, today was a beast. He took a lot of pictures. Pretty much of every exercise that we did. So Ill type less. and post pictures more. The workout took about 80 minutes. brace yourself for lots of pics
- We did 25 minutes or so of abs. We did 4 sets of everything. 20 reps.
Leg raises with bands on the feet for extra resistance
Crunches on the ball. Bands over shoulders for extra resistance
Side crunches. Feet are together out in front. and lean to the side and work the obliques (side abs. I just learned that term). 20 on each side.
- These are side step ups. And although its not meant as cardio, it gets the heart rate pounding. 4 sets of 20. on each leg.
- 8 minutes of speed rope.
- dumbbell bench press with extra band resistance
- ball push ups
- back pull
- back pull with bands
