- today is the first day that Ive felt 100% not sick. and it feels awesome. I was actually excited to workout today. Other than my cracked shoulder, it was a solid workout. and I needed it.
We did all legs today. as you can see below
also did 15 minutes of jump rope. which was pretty brutal after 45 minutes of leg work. Did 1 minute speed rope. into one minute double jumps.
- blog back to normal. because I am. strep sucked

ReplyDeleteJust wanted to let you know that you've inspired me. I am pretty regular about going to the gym but I decided that if you can do it, I can do it...so as of my 5:15 am workout this morning I am 13 days in. :)
