I ran a few miles each day.
did some push ups and sit ups (i wanted to do them in the water like Rocky did)
and then just played in the water.


My goal is to finish 45 workouts in 45 days with no days off. This blog was created so I have some sort of accountability. I will be accompanied by my trainer Ahmad. I'll update here daily.
The magic pill??? Does it help your workout and when will you announce what it is?
