workout 51.

did it again today. just to kill one more

did the Total Conditioning class at Lifetime South. Regardless of how good of shape you are in or your athletic prowess, this class will push you, yet not make you feel uncomfortable/out of place.

51 workouts in.

I may actually play golf tomorrow instead of workout out.

  1. A good round of golf, walking not riding, is definitely a workout. Will you consider training for a distance race??? Half or full marathon?

  2. I wish Austin wasn't 45 minutes away because this sounds like a great class! I'll have to see if there is a class like that at my gym. Congratulations on achieving your goal. 51 days in a row straight is really a big thing!
